Burglar X Arcade
26Players move with 8-way joystick and control 3 buttons -one to hit, another to fart and another to launch timed bombs.
You can choose a male (Gukjung) character who strikes with his head and a female (Guksoon) who strikes with a mallet. Players start with 2 lives divided in 3 hearts each.
Burglar X is a retelling of the old "Guards and Thieves," and the player takes on the role of a thief. You play in a maze in every stage filled with items and enemies.
In order to advance to the next level, you must come into possession of a certain number of coins, which are contained in large, constantly moving dice.
The dice are broken by being headbutted or hammered and a number of items equal to the score obtained come out of them. But beware, some of the items may consist of triggered bombs that will lower your health.
There is also other items scattered around the maze, like Lightning Bolts eliminates all the guards in the level, BurglarX is a faster means of transportation that make you invulnerable to enemies (not bombs) killing them on touch and break every dice, a "Stop Smile" that will stop all the enemies and a Two-Light Traffic light that needs to be matched with colors you have on top of your screen, if you succeed you'll play a bonus game that can give you hearts, score or lives.
You have also have to headbut or bomb enemies to kill him them and recive a star (you can also slow them a little bit before with a fart), when you reach 100 stars you complete automatically the stage you were in and play a puzzle to discover similar items, if you solve you get extra points.
The are 5 stages with 5 rounds. The distribution of stages is:
Round 1 to 3: Destroy and collect Coins. To get ahead in these rounds you must get a certain number of coins.
Round 4: Escape Enemy, you have to run to the exit.
Round 5: Boss. Destroy it with bombs.
After that, the game is over and you can put your score in the leaderboard. The game supports 2 players local co-op with the maze seen a bird-eye view perspective.
