Burning Arrow Slayer, My League Starter For PoE 3.22

I do not recommend this build. This is not a guide, its just me talking about what I am playing this league. After doing some SSF eater/exarch runs with this setup I was enjoying it enough that I wanted to start with it. Burning Arrow ends up scaling damage well thanks to its huge 300% added damage multi, and we can ignore its less attack speed multi with snipe, which makes it into a much better skill.
