0New York, a city where light and shadow coexist. A gigantic syndicate that lurks behind the scenes with overwhelming power. One detective confronted the leading "Casterora Family" with only two agents. After a radical investigation, the monstrous duo "Duke Edwards" and "Billy King" are one step away from destroying the organization, but they allow them to flee the country. Grabbing the information and flying to Japan, what they saw was the "Casterora Family", who teamed up with the "Heiwagumi", a criminal organization that controls the nights of Kansai, and destroyed the city of Osaka with their own face. In Osaka, the two met the brilliant detective "Ryu Saeba" who, like them, single-handedly took on the challenge of destroying the organization. However, the investigation is difficult due to sneaky tricks that slip through the net of the law. "We can't leave them alone any longer." The three of them, exhausted, decide to break into the enemy's hideout, leaving behind the pistols that prove they're detectives. Right now, in a neon-lit city, sparks of justice and evil between Japan and the United States rage. Will the war between men come to an end?
Gameplay
Basically this game uses the same elements that makes Final Fight famous, such as the balance between characters, grabbing weapons or things in the ground to make more damage to the opponents and breaking things like phone booths and street signs along the way. But also added some new elements, like mini-stages, where you have to defeat some enemies to gain some prizes, all in 10-15 seconds.
