Hello, I just share a black sky solution, but before running the game you have to do this:
1. Click Config - Video (GS) - Plugin Settings.
2. Change Renderer to Direct3D 11 (Software) or OpenGL (Software) then click OK.
3. Boot ISO (Full or Fast) then play single player, when the race will start pause the game.
4. Change Renderer to Direct3D 11 (Hardware) or OpenGL (Hardware) then play the game as usual.

Work for Burnout 3 Takedown too.
