Guided by the note, I reached the river bridge and saw debris scattered along the riverbank heading north. Destroyed crates bore an unfamiliar mark, and raiders from Highwayman Hills were everywhere. Among the wreckage, I found tin ingots, likely the cause of the attack.
I followed debris along the river toward Highwayman Hills and found busted crates with tin ingots. Nearby, boats and paint were visible with footprints continuing northward. The Paint suggests Highwaymen are raiding caravans and repainting crates to hide smuggling, an operation likely run out of Smuggler's Docks.
The clues took me to the docks outside Highwayman Hills, where I found stolen crates, boats, and scattered tin ingots. It seems they are stockpiling all their stolen goods here.
