I took the dart up onto the side of Mt. Diablo State Park so I could legally (lol) fly above the cloudbase at 1800MSL. It was freezing (41°f) up there and it felt like I had rocks for hands. Sorry for the condensation on the lense, I'd stay above the clouds for longer to let it dry off but I was dying of hypothermia and the winds were blowing around pretty badly, so I had no real reference as to whether I was being blown away or towards me. Add that to the fact that I was essentially controlling the thing from the side of a cliff that limited my radio to only a 180° LoS connection and I was eager to get it back down into VFR conditions ASAP.

I'm currently building a Nano Talon for long range, so expect to see more cloudsurfing videos soon.
