Thinking about buying a new console this year? Maybe consider investing in stocks instead and watch your money grow. I take a look at the growth of Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo stocks since the release of their last systems (PS4, Xbox Series X, and Switch), and propose that investing in the companies stocks instead of their respective products might be a better way to go.

Updates:

*Made a goof and when discussing Playstation 4's launch date I said "November 11, 2013" when I actually meant November 15, 2013. The data I'm using and that is shown on screen is accurate though.

*Also, made a consistent mistake when referring to Microsoft's next console as the "Xbox Next". Xbox Series X is the correct name of the system. This should tell you how much, or how little, I've been paying attention to Microsoft's next system.
