Buying Agri-machinery for Soil Preparation & Crop Sowing | Fichthal V2 Farm | FS 22 | Timelapse #24
272Welcome back to the Fichthal V2 Farm Timelapse. Today our agenda is to prepare several fields for sowing wheat and maize. We start by cultivating the soil after ploughing, using a cultivator. While we work one field personally, we delegate the task to a hired hand for the next field. At the same time, our focus shifts to fertilising the fields with manure. To facilitate this, we are buying a new PERARD CE150L fertiliser spreader, coupled to a CLAAS Xerion 3000 tractor.
For seeding, we are investing in a new HORSCH Taro 6SL seeder mounted on a CASE 7200 Pro tractor, complemented by a mounted HORSCH Partner 1600FT seed hopper. This set-up is for sowing wheat. Meanwhile, a KOECKERLING Rebell Classic 600T disc harrow mounted on a CLAAS Xerion tractor will be used to cultivate the fields after the sunflower harvest.
In the fields recently cleared of sunflowers, we plant corn, using our AMAZONE PRECEA 4500-2C SUPER planter and FENDT 714 VARIO tractor. While our hired labourers tend to the fields, we venture into a new forest plot to harvest logs for our furniture factory.
