Buying Games from Walmart is Cheaper
75What's up everybody! Are you a gamer that purchase certain games on day one? Do you shop at Gamestop? Well, I was totally unaware that newly released games were a lot cheaper to purchase at your local Walmart vs Gamestop (or Best Buy for that matter). I purchased Borderlands 3 on September 12th for $59.99+tax ($64.18). Went in Walmart a few days later only to see it for $49.94 ($53.43 w/ tax). I could've saved myself $10. Or $30 (purchasing 3 games).
It really caught me off guard seeing a price drop that quick after release. I'm curious if this price at Walmart was a day one price or not. Guess I may just scale back from Gamestop if I can save an extra $10-$12 on newly released games. What are your thoughts? Thumbs up for more!
