I tried to model Byakuya from Bleach for HL. It was a really quickly made model, I didn't make it so precisely, and there are some things to fix on the model.
I used the original skeleton and animations of Gordon Freeman.

Used softwares:
-3ds max 2009 x64 (modeling)
-Adobe Photoshop CS5 x64 (texturing)
-Milkshape 3D 1.8.4 (compiling to mdl)

-FRAPS (recording)
-Camtasia Studio (cutting and editing)
-VMware Workstation 7.0 (for make LAN game on one PC)
