Here's how to Bypass TPM 2.0 & Secure Boot during Windows 11 Installation or Inplace Upgrade, via Rufus 3.18 Beta or newer.
Note: you need to get Windows 11 ISO file pre-downloaded from Microsoft’s official website. Then choose Extended Windows 11 Installation (no TPM/ no Secure Boot) from Image options in Rufus' GUI.
