What if... Shikanoin Heizou is played like quick-swap support in Hu Tao's VV team?

I'm just experimenting with this team with such unconventional synergy for my curiosity. What I learned is that Heizou in this team... works; it was fine but it still impractical. Unlike Kazuha and Sucrose, Heizou isn't really great as Anemo support due to his lack of grouping and a passive talent doesnt give more stats to party member because after all, he is a Catalyst DPS (forgot to mention Amber also does contribution for her Instructor set).
