The one and only #neuvillette aka the Ordainer of Inexorable Judgment has come to Patch 4.1 Genshin Impact in the latest banner featuring Diona, Xingqiu, and Fischl.

The Chief Justice of Fontaine, known as the Iudex, is renowned for his unassailable impartiality. In this video, I am explaining and showing you why you should pull for Neuvillette in #genshinimpact as he is F2P friendly and will be able to fit in many team-comps such as Freeze, electro-charged, bloom, mono hydro, and vaporize.

Unfortunately, he does not work well with Xingqiu or Yelan since they both need normal attack. But great news! You can use Mona for double hydro resonance known as Soothing Water which increases 25% max HP as he scales of HP.

For artifacts, simply put 4 Pcs of Marechaussee Hunter with HP% sands, Hydro Goblet, and Crit DMG circlet. Indeed, it is very f2p friendly and it is the best in slot for him.

As for best in slot weapon, I believe the signature Tome of the Eternal Flow is best for him since it is giving 88% Crit DMG - equivalent to Aqua Simulacra but Catalyst version. You can also put Widsith, Dodoco Tales, or Favonius Codex as an alternative.
