Made in 1983 by a guy called Terry Mason (no relation to Perry, I suppose). The goal in each level is to get to the top of the skyscraper without getting knocked down by the birds, debris, or fully-open windows (much like the arcade game Crazy Climber, which it was based on). In Basic mode the debris and birds only sap your score.
The only truly awful thing about this is the music (thank God it's not in-game) which sounds like an ape was set loose on the keyboard.
