A game that goes nowhere, apparently. Maybe it's unfinished? Seems to have been made with 3D Construction Kit which was used to create games like Castle Master. All I know is it's created by Matthew Withers in 1995 and was supposed to be released with Commodore Format: http://www.gb64.com/game.php?id=17342&d=18&h=0
