With its Lewis Caroll/Alice in Wonderland setting, Tea Party Simulator 2015 is a take on Surgeon Simulator with tea & cake instead of guts. It has similar QWOP-style controls (mouse and keyboard) and a system that rewards delicate movements rather than, er, ineffectually bashing a box against the side of a plane.
