Unpack and just drop it in to the 'main' dir.

✅Memory fix ☛ If you get this message "Hunk_AllocateTempMemory..xxx..xxxx" don't get panic. This is what happens when the game (engine) can't determines your available system memory and it's default value (128MB) is very low for load these upscaled textures.
Edit 'config.cfg' (path: X:\...\CoD\main)
Find this line:
seta com_hunkmegs "128"
Change 128 to 512 (or 1024).

✅Resolution, aspect ratio and FOV fix ☛ Edit 'config.cfg' (again). Find these lines and change their values to your preferred rez.
(Example) My own settings for 4K:
seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_customheight "2160"
seta r_customwidth "3840"
seta cg_fov "96"
seta r_customaspect "1.777"
❌IMPORTANT: These lines must be copied to 'autoexec.cfg' too. (Same path as 'config.cfg'.)
