✅SoA mission pack 1
SoA manual installation for Steam "Rerelease" version:
1.) Copy the "Hipnotic" folder from your Quake release folder (path: X:\...\steam\steamapps\common\quake\rerelease) to the vkQuake's root. (Make sure, that "Hipnotic" folder contains a "Music" folder and a "pak0.pak" file.)
2.) This one gets a little trickier. Temporarily rename the "pak0.pak" file in the recently copied "Hipnotic" (vkQuake\Hipnotic) folder to something else. (No matter to what.) After this, find a "pak0.pak" file in your Quake release folder\Hipnotic and copy it in to your vkQuake\Hipnotic root. Rename it to "pak1.pak". When you're done, rename back the previously (temporarily) renamed pak file to "pak0.pak".
At the end "Hipnotic" folder will looks like this: "MUSIC" - "pak0.pak" - "pak1.pak"
⚠ To launch SoA directly, do this: Open "vkQuakeFullscreen.bat" with any text editor and put this parameter to the end of the line: "-hipnotic".
(Full command line: "vkQuake.exe -fullscreen -hipnotic") (Without quotes, ofc.)
