En mettant ces problèmes de côté, Black Ops III PC fait aussi preuve de choix assez douteux dans son design. On citera par exemple le retour obligatoire par la case lobby entre chaque partie, des longues secondes à contempler un menu fixe en attendant le lancement du prochain affrontement, ou encore le mode zombie qui ne dispose pas de serveurs dédiés. Ce dernier point vient une fois de plus gâcher l’expérience de jeu, tant la probabilité de tomber sur un hôte avec une connexion asthmatique est grande. Oubliez alors la visée précise ou les déplacements millimétrés : Shadow of Evil devient la foire aux rollbacks et aux aberrations de positions. Dommage pour un mode où l’économie de munitions est un élément clef.
