A Frame Rate Test of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 running patch 1.04 on the PS4.

This patch seems to disengage the 30fps cap that was present during certain cutscenes. Other cutscenes, seemingly ones using the high quality motion blur, still lock to 30fps.
