*There's an issue with 2gb gpu's and 1080p. At a res scale above 70-75 the textures don't load right. Not specific to this gpu or amd, i had the same problem with Nvidia cards. Higher vram gpu's are fine. Also at 720p the problem doesn't exist even at 100 scale.
You could even bump textures to med and be ok..

Gpu: R9 270X 2gb gddr5 OC
Ram: 10gb 1600mhz ddr3
OS: Windows 10 Pro Recorded with AMD Relive
Res: 1080p low settings
