1Call of Duty: WWII returns the franchise to its roots with a gritty, cinematic portrayal of World War II. Set during the height of the war in Europe, the game follows a squad of American soldiers as they battle through iconic locations such as Normandy, the Hurtgen Forest, and the Battle of the Bulge.
A young soldier from Texas, Daniels is a member of the U.S. 1st Infantry Division. The story is told from his perspective as he fights through key moments of the war from 1944 to 1945.
