Ruins basically describes the map. It is set on what looks like a cliff or the top of a mountain with a volcano in the background. The Ruins are unique in that they feature a lot of references to the Predator, the Special Field Order for this map. If you do not know who the Predator, I would recommend watching the Predator movie from 1987 with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Carl Weathers, really good stuff. The Predator is like the Maniac, only he has a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher that can lock on to an enemy player. Also, when you stand still, the Predator starts cloaking. Finally, when you die, you self-destruct and kill the entire enemy team.

There is also a second FO called the Volcano Bomb which is just like the Mortar Fire from previous maps and the volcano explodes and sends volcanic rock into the map, killing anyone who gets struck. This map is really small and close quarters so I would recommend close-range weaponry.
