Arriving in Yantar from the Agroprom, I try once again to get my Companions to the safety of the Mobile Lab. Again, I take losses inside at the airlock and going outside I find two more dead. I try to go back inside but the dead bodies prevent the doors opening and I am trapped between doors. I reload the same manual save and this time instead of trying to go inside the Mobile Lab first so my Companions will follow me, I go to the roof of the Mobile Lab to see and shoot the Monolith outside the compound walls that keeps ambushing us. I kill him but quickly discover the entire basin has Monolith everywhere. Half a dozen are shooting at me and I engage them but take hits myself. My Companions join in the fight and several go out to fight the Monolith at close range. This time we are successful and defeat them.

I bring my Companions inside the Mobile Lab and I see that six of them are there and one is missing. However I don't see the Companion symbol on my PDA outside the walls. I look around and discover it is that one Clear Sky Companion I have, that is inside the room with Sakharov hunched down and he is in a defensive position and I have to tell him to be passive and then he joins the others. The rest of the video is just looting the dead, making a stash and looking for Kruglov on the other side of the tunnel underneath the road. I don't realize yet that his location has been changed from what I am used to. I take a job from Semenov to take care of some Bandits on the hill to the west and deal with some phantom projections coming from X-16.
