I was hoping to enter the Cordon at night, when all the Military was resting and not patrolling. Running into a Chimera was not what I was expecting, and my gunfire alerted the Military, who started coming our way, leaving me no choice but to change my Companion settings from 'Passive' to 'Aggressive" so they could defend themselves. I had actually no intention of attacking the Military or trying to navigate their Minefield, but my Companions led a frontal counterattack, directly at the Military. When the unexpected Emission hit, I had no choice but to try to join the attack and secure the Military Base for shelter. After killing the last of the Military, I appeared to have only about eleven Companions surviving, with the 8-10 men I lost spread across the Minefield which I'm going to assume was enemy fire since I heard no mines going off. I would definitely not keep this outcome with losing so many Companions. My next video will be starting at my manual save at the Church in the Marshes, where I will wait for the Emission to pass and most likely try the other Cordon entrance near the Loner Base.
