I'm ready to leave the Container Yard and make my way to the far other end of Jupiter, the north-east corner and level changer to Zaton. In Zaton, my Companions and I need to go immediately west past the Recycling Plant, and go to the Iron Forest. At the Iron Forest are two jobs, one being tools for Hog and the other is a building search for another Stalker. After doing these, my plan is to go rapidly south, get any rewards along the way and go all the way south to the Marshes. Clear Sky is my new ally but my score has already dropped over 400 points, meaning my window to visit them, get jobs, interact with their trader and repair tech, is running out if I don't make speed.

However, managing Companions ( which adds a layer of difficulty to your Game ) means you have to check with your PDA to see when the last Psi Storm and Emission took place. Psi Storms are usually 12-18 hours in occurrence, while Emissions are a slightly longer interval of 28-24 hours. Of course that doesn't mean either of them can come sooner or be much later, as right now it seems that about 30 hours have passed since the last Emission. Since Companions do their best to keep up and really space out from each other, sometimes giving you a really long tail if you have many Companions, you have to be aware of how much time it takes your last man to catch up, whether that it to engage men and mutants but also the weather and storms.
