I went to the Cordon Mill and found it deserted. I briefly detected an unknown Stalker, but they disappeared before I could climb to the roof to see them. I went to the Loner Base and found no one there too except for the Loner Repair Tech Xenotech. He didn't try to run and I think Xenotech gouged me in the pricing for repairs. Either way we took over the Loner Base for now. There is a Military squad across the road at the Farmhouse, I would not rather have to fight considering their current standing with Freedom and the Mercenaries. This location seems to be good shelter and defensible.
