In this episode, a German platoon that is cut off from the rest of their company has dug in for the night. They have a single Opel Blitz truck that they sent out in hopes of finding their company HQ but unfortunately, they had no luck and they return to the platoon's fortified position to report and settle in for some rest.
The loud truck engine of the Opel draws the attention of a sizable Soviet force who spot the Germans. The commissar along with a platoon of assault sappers and riflemen orders an all-out assault on the position as dusk befalls Stalingrad...
