Even though I've been playing with sprinters in Project Zomboid for a long time, I feel like I've gotten out of practice with fighting them hand to hand, and I have begun to underestimate how well you can fight off a bunch of sprinters on foot, with just basic melee weapons.

This is a new world using Apocalypse settings, with the one alteration that all the zombies sprint.
