Now, Emperor Justinian III will take on the ultimate challenge - to reform the Empire within a single lifetime.

This video serves as a guide to the CK3 Achievement "Rise From the Ashes", which requires players to reestablish the Roman Empire. Today, I will show you how this can be accomplished as a custom Byzantine Ruler in the 867 scenario.
