Can I Save This 286 Board? Testing & Socketing all 13 logic ICs!
This OCTEK FOX II in revision 3.4 doesn't want to POST! It is still stuck at POST code 10. According to the manual, this is an issue with accessing the 'Base 64K Byte Memory Failure".
In this video, I will desolder all logic ICs (the 74LS244s, 74LS245s, and other DIP chips), socket them and test them in my programmer.
