I once had a client (with a lot of family trauma) who asked me a difficult question during an intake appointment. She asked "can I spot or catch a sociopath in my life?"
Dealing with a sociopath feels almost impossible. It's really hard to survive with a sociopath. If you are genetically kin to a sociopath or related in some other way, life can feel very unsettling -- and traumatizing at other times.
Catching or spotting a sociopath in your life will require an understanding of what they look like, how to spot them, and what to do once you spot them. In this video, I will be discussing how to catch or spot a sociopath in your life.
