1. Games, Games & More Games
2. Show me DirectX 12 and how it will impact Xbox One
3. Make the Cloud really work (ie., Backwards Compatibility & Game Streaming)
4. Make some variations to the box (Kinect? Price? HDD? etc)
5. Microsoft need an "X Factor" to steal the show ...
