Can not believe this D#@$ move by #Xbox #XboxGamePass kinda feels like the #FTC knew something.
8I was using the Family and Friends subscription on Xbox the last 3 months with the same people, if you had a subscription on Xbox and you cancelled it it would only be cancelled on the date your subscription ended.
But now Microsoft seems to be doing some #playstation tactics where they do not keep to the subscription date but instead refund you and that causes you to loose the reward promised which is 3m free #gamepassultimate for everyone that you were sharing the Family and Friends subscription and forcing you to take the Game Pass Ultimate instead of renewing your current subscription to the family and friends subscription you had.
Like I said if this is not fixed all 5 of will be moving over to Playstation5 I'll rather be on PS then on Xbox who I have always stood up for but this recent move is giving me serious doubts about how consumers will be treated in the near future, as this change of not ending your subscription om the date it is suppose to end comes right after they won the appeal of the #FTC seems like the FTC knew something we didn't.
I will keep to my word if this is not sorted out all of the people that is part of my Family and friends subscription will move over to Playstation5, better to be by PlayStation knowing you are getting screwed than to stay with Xbox / Microsoft and getting SCREWED like this.
