To sum it all up NFS Heat feels like the same game as payback. Only difference is that the visuals are slightly more aggressive as your going fast, The graphics are slightly improved, the voice acting is better and there are a little bit more cars to choose from.
The story for me is too small, it leaves multiple cliffhangers for some of the characters in the game. The DLC is only a Mclaren F1 with a set of challenges you must complete and the Delux edition which gets you money and unlocks a few cars, very disappointing.
EA could've expanded the story more with true DLC's, they've could've created a backstory for Anna, her brother and their father. Maybe add in a new character from Rockport, a story about mercer and the police force and so much more. The game is dead.
