The goal? To find out if you can actually get fit and burn serious calories… all while having fun in VR.
In this episode, I put Supernatural VR to the test — a high-intensity, subscription-based workout app for Meta Quest. My goal? To find out if you can actually burn serious calories in virtual reality.
We are checking out a couple of the songs from the new pack Breakout Role, just released on 4.07.25.
I track my heart rate and push through sweaty routines, and reveal the final calorie burn after an intense session. Whether you're thinking of ditching the gym or just curious if VR can keep you fit — this one's for you.
I was in Supernatural for just over an hour and managed to burn 810 calories.
