Hello everybody, today i'll play thorugh pokemon emerald using only a castform, will the storm blow me away?

Rules:
1) I'm only allowed to use castform in combat;
2) I'm not allowed to use items in battle;
3) I can't use doubleteam;
4) I can't use glitches or cheats*;
5) i can only use weather ball and the weather moves.
