No you can't.
So for a Thanksgiving Challenge I decided I would do the family horror game Resident Evil 7 but with restrictions on the Item Box, normally you can manage your inventory better but this requires us to never do that.

For the most part we can do it however there are 3 usages in total that we must do.
1. Empty inventory for Lucas because you can't pass into the puzzle room with ANY item.
2. Regain inventory from Lucas since you can't proceed without your puzzle items
3. Get inventory back after Mia's Boat since you'd have no weapons to fight anything

Outside this we are good to go!
