I have taken a strong liking to Slitterhead and decided I'd do something ambitious. This is the games hardest difficulty alongside some absurd requirements.

Nightmare True Ending
Hard Combat and I need to make sure I don't kill too many civilians since the True Ending is locked behind 66 Civilian Deaths.

This is one of the longest and hardest speedruns I've ever learned
