1. Use a Dokkeabi call to reveal locations of nearby defenders.
2. Pre-fire doors to increase your chances of winning gunfights. If you only click when you see the enemy, it could be too late.
3. Lean. It reduces exposure while peaking an angle.
4. Change your stance during a gunfight. I crouch & stand so that the opponent needs to adjust their aim during the gunfight.
5. If defenders run out on you, use their detected status to locate and pre-fire them.
6. Hack cameras as Dokkeabi so dead teammates can give callouts to you.
7. Place drones (if you have time) to give dead teammates more opportunities to give callouts.
8. Use smoke grenades to obscure enemy line of sight.
9. Bounce grenades (any type, not just smokes) off of walls and/or objects so they reach the correct location without you needing to expose yourself to the enemy (in this case, I wanted to block off the long angle from pillar to hell exterior door).
10. Azami gates require 3 hits to break. I hit twice to prep it so my next hit would break it when I deemed appropriate.
11. Use smokes to obscure Azami line of sight when the protection from the Azami gate is broken.
12. Break the Azami gate to open another entrance to site & apply pressure to the defenders.
13. Get the kill onto Mozzie while he is distracted by the smoke grenade I threw earlier.
14. Rotate to the other side of site to (hopefully) gain the element of surprise. Azami initially was looking at hell reading room door as she threw her gadget at it, but I assume she turned to face me once a defender called me out on 90 cam.
Something I wanted to add to the list but it's something I missed. I should've picked up the defuser at reading room door so that I had the option of planting instead of taking the gunfight. In a tactical game like siege, 1-on-1 gunfights should be your last resort. Putting your opponent in a less favourable position before engaging is almost always the right thing to do.
Lastly, if I had longer than 10 or so seconds before the round was due to end, I should've taken out the reading 90 cams. There was a default cam and a Valkyrie cam. As they were hacked, they could be useful, but it is very unlikely that the defender would relocate that late into the round, making them more of a risk to me than to Azami.
