Put bluntly, yes you can but it fully depends on skill, using only void items limits ALL of your stats, You cant get your speed and damage up directly, like at all and the best sustain you have is from Wungus + Safer Spaces and
V??oid Fiend's own Sup??ress special ability (which you literally cannot use when you get too many items).
So did I survive???
