→ change ANY of the existing walls (i.e. change them into half walls, fences or spandrels)
→ change the size or the shape of the build (by adding to it or by dragging/moving any of the existing walls)
→ use CC! (If you use CC I won't be able to look at & potentially tour your builds)

➦ You CAN,
→ rotate the build/move it to a different lot or lot size
→ add a floorplan
→ change the wall heights
→ add fences/half walls
→ add/use foundations & platforms
→ create detached/free standing garages/sheds
→ use T.O.O.L or the Red Shelf to place items
