Personally, this is the most difficult mission in the Soviet Campaign. That is, if you're speedrunning it. There's a lot that can go wrong and a lot to micro manage / babysit. I came up with the strategy to use Sting Rays as instead of Hammer Tanks throughout the mission. It's faster, they're amphibious, but are unfortunately weaker and deal less damage then Hammer Tanks. In Geneva [Soviet 4], we clear a path with our Sting Rays straight to the Geneva building to destroy, meanwhile we move our MCV south to cap the Allies' MCV. We also send our co-commander to destroy the Allies' War Factory and barracks. Whatever remains (We hope a lot) of our co-commander, we then send over to defend from an on coming wave of Allies tanks. This to also be coupled with destroying the Allies' Docks north of the map, and using our V4s we acquire to destroy the north Allies base HOPING that they don't get destroying a long the way.
