This mission is simple, use a sub to find the power plants and then use a missle sub to destroy them both. Once done your get reinforements of Volkov and a scientist.

Follow the ridge around shooting the inf as you go, once clear send the scientist in to the research center and use Volkov to destroy the sam sites on the west, east and south.

This will trigger 3 - 4 migs to drop nukes on the two silo's and the research center. The mission is then complete.
