Mission 7 of the allied campaign. Capture the Radar Dome and eliminate all Soviet units and structures. Fairly straightforward mission, build up a naval and land force and eliminate all the enemy forces. Just remember to capture the Radar Dome to the south to avoid a surprise "mission failed" ....
