MX is a mod made by MustacheX And Kireeek to make all units in the game viable and all factions viable without making them overly broken and unfair top play against A.K.A Yuri is now able to be used without any/much unfairness to the overall game. MX is balanced around non-SuperWeapon gameplay which makes the broken meta's this game has been in for years no longer be forced on you.

Some of the changes:

Allies
-Battle Fortresses now do 10% less damage.
-Guardian GI's now move faster.
-German tank destroyers now have more range and more speed as well as they have a little bit less health.
-Grand Cannons are now health is reduced and it now requires more power.

Soviets
-Apocalypse tanks now shoot while moving like the rhino/tesla tank and cannot be crushed.
-Demolition Truck now moves faster.
-Terrorists are also now faster and cannot be crushed now.
-Tesla Tank has a buffed range now and can also shoot while moving like the Apoc/rhino. It can also detect cloaked units, damage to heavy armour is reduced quite significantly build time is reduced, given area of effect damage(3 Units.) Each fragment now has 30 base damage.

Yuri

-Gattling Tank now has a sit place and the health reduced a little bit.
-Boomer now has a calling card, A.K.A Similar to "My Truck is loaded" when a demo truck is built or "Kirov Reporting" whenever a kirov is built, whenever they are built.
-Normal and veteran Magnatrons no longer lift vehicles, only the elite's now can, it can also damage miners. Cost reduced a little and damage decreased a little as well. Mastermind's overload damage doubled and overload count changed to 3,4,5,6 units instead of 3,6,10,50 units.
