"Candyman" is a 1992 horror film directed by Bernard Rose, loosely based on Clive Barker's short story "The Forbidden." As Helen delves deeper into the myth, she discovers a connection between the Candyman and a series of gruesome murders in the community. The film explores themes of urban decay, racial tension, and the power of folklore, blending psychological horror with a thought-provoking narrative. As Helen gets closer to the truth, she finds herself entangled in a nightmarish and supernatural web that challenges her sanity and beliefs.
