In the early 2000s Capcom was in need of a hit to recoup recent losses. As a means to gain some quick cash they developed P.N.03. The short development time meant that P.N.03 was a very focused title that lacked content, which ultimately lead to poor sales and not the cash cow Capcom hoped it would be. Nevertheless, P.N.03 stands out as a very interesting game that is worthy of a play.
