This video is quite old, so you should read this:
1. Instead of IMGTool, use IMG Factory.
It allows for simple dragging and dropping files, so no more deleting, rebuilding archives, etc...:

2. Before saving the .ISO in UltraISO, make sure you go to Options/Configuration.../Save and make sure the ONLY ticked box is Super Restore. Anything else is unnecessary and just makes saving take forever, though every now and then make sure to check the recompile .ISO box, or it will get bigger in size over time.
