Perform an impressive dive from the cliff near the old railroad tracks

Early on in chapter 8 you can collect the Cannonball Trophy in Uncharted The Lost Legacy. Follow the main path until you have to jump down to a slide.

The regular path would take you straight ahead but want to look to the very left and grab on to the rocks there. Climb up and jump into the small pool just in front of the train tracks to get the Cannonball trophy.
